MY TAKE ON THE PRODUCT
Well, to be honest, I love these lip colors so much that I can go on raving about them. But, to keep it short and precise, I'll highlight just the main points.
Coming to the shades... I picked two of the darkest shades, cherry and blackberry and a blue-based mid tonal red called grenadine. Dark colors are my forté. And besides, 'tis the winter season!
GRENADINE
Grenadine is a deep pink-plum color. When I say deep, I mean really deep (for a pink). It almost looks like a blue-based red, but it does have strong plum and berry undertones to it. It pairs very well with ethnic outfits and traditional jewelry. It would also work really well with floral patterned dresses and tops. Very unique shade of pink, I haven't come across any other shade similar to it.
CHERRY
Cherry is a mid toned berry red. This is the red you would want to flaunt during the winter season. It is a very balanced color, neither too bright nor too vampy. It looks gorgeous when worn as a stain and hence, doesn't look too into-the-face even in daylight. Since the color pay-off is buildable, you can layer up 2-3 coats of it and be done for your holiday parties. If red is your shade, then definitely pick this one.
BLACKBERRY
Blackberry is a deep brown with berry tones. It is a very different kind of brown, nothing like the browns that we generally find in the market. It neither has cool tones nor has warm tones. Hence, it will work across all skin tones, from the palest of the pale to the darkest of dark. The color kind of gives a '90's-grunge' look, but due to the sheer balmy formula, it doesn't look too scary. You might think that this color will suit mature ladies, but trust me, it will look amazing on everyone. This is my favorite shade out of the three.
